Summary
As introduced, prohibits a publicly traded corporation that operates in this state from requiring customers to provide any documentation certifying COVID-19 vaccination or post-infection recovery to gain access to, entry upon, or service from the corporation’s operations in this state; exempts hospitals and other health facilities; requires the department of commerce and insurance to impose a $5,000 civil penalty for a violation. - Amends amend TCA.
