Summary
As introduced, states that a person is urged not to leave or store a firearm or firearm ammunition in an unattended motor vehicle unless the firearm or firearm ammunition is kept from ordinary observation and locked within the trunk, glove box, interior of the person's motor vehicle, or a container securely affixed to the motor vehicle. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 17.
