Summary

As introduced, authorizes the board of physician assistants to allow board members to participate in a meeting by, and the board to conduct a meeting through the use of, any means of remote communication; clarifies that a board member who participates in a meeting by remote communication is deemed to be physically present at the meeting. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 53; Title 63; Title 68 and Title 71.
