Summary

As introduced, creates a registry of persons convicted of certain crimes in which the victim of the offense is a domestic abuse victim; requires the Tennessee bureau of investigation to maintain the registry based upon information provided by the court clerk. - Amends TCA Title 36; Title 38; Title 39 and Title 40.
