Summary
As introduced, requires all county legislative bodies within a judicial district to be notified, in addition to judges, district attorneys general, district public defenders, and court clerks, of any court within the judicial district that is not providing the administrative office of the court with the required uniform statistical information relative to court caseloads. - Amends TCA Title 16; Title 17; Title 20; Title 27 and Title 29.
