Summary
As introduced, allows a person to have the criminal records of a conviction for driving under the influence of an intoxicant expunged if the court finds by a preponderance of the evidence that the intoxicant or intoxicants forming the basis of the conviction were lawfully prescribed to the petitioner at the time of the offense. - Amends TCA Title 40 and Title 55.
