Summary
As introduced, permits retired members of the TCRS to work in excess of the 120-day limit and continue to draw a person's retirement allowance if the person is employed in a public school system as a substitute teacher, a teacher, or a school bus driver and the respective director of the school system certifies that no other qualified personnel are available for the position during that period. - Amends TCA Title 8, Chapter 35; Title 8, Chapter 36; Title 8, Chapter 37 and Title 49.
