Summary
As enacted, authorizes the department of correction, through the judicial cost accountant, to advance or reimburse witness expenses necessary to the prosecution of criminal cases as requested by the district attorney general and approved by the court; enacts other related provisions. - Amends TCA Title 39 and Title 40.
