Summary

As introduced, increases from 10 to 15 days the time within which a warden of a main prison, branch prison, or mine where an inmate meets with sudden death or physical injury by means of violence or accident must report the death or injury to the commissioner along with a sworn statement of the facts and circumstances of the death or injury. - Amends TCA Title 4 and Title 41.
