Summary

As introduced, revises the dismissal process for nonlicensed employees of an LEA by requiring the LEA's director of schools to give the nonlicensed employee notice of the charges for dismissal and an opportunity for a hearing in the same manner provided for the LEA's nontenured, licensed employees. - Amends TCA Title 49.
