Summary
As introduced, requires differentiated pay plans to apply to, and be implemented in, schools with a significant population of historically disadvantaged students, schools with significant populations of students who achieved a performance level rating of "below" or "approaching" on the most recently administered Tennessee comprehensive assessment program tests, and schools with low teacher retention rates, high teacher turnover rates, and effective teaching gaps. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 3.
