As introduced, extends the period, from 30 days to 45 days, in which an owner of a rental car may furnish information of the person who rented the car when the car received a parking violation in order for the owner to avoid liability for the violation. - Amends TCA Title 5; Title 6; Title 7; Title 54 and Title 55.
