Summary

As introduced, requires public charter schools authorized by the ASD to remain in the ASD until the school satisfies certain exit criteria; specifies that the removal by the commissioner of a public charter school from the jurisdiction of the ASD acts as an automatic revocation of the public charter school's charter agreement. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 1, Part 6 and Title 49, Chapter 13.
