Summary
As introduced, clarifies that general procurement provisions, including certain bidding requirements, relative to state governmental entities do not apply to the Tennessee code commission when entering into contracts for the production and publication of the Tennessee Code Annotated. - Amends TCA Title 1; Title 3; Title 4; Title 8; Title 10 and Title 12.
