Summary

As introduced, extends the time within which a party may request a rehearing of the determination of a child support magistrate from five days to 10 days; requires child support magistrates to be paid a salary equal to 75 percent of the salary paid to a circuit court judge. - Amends TCA Section 8-23-103 and Title 36.
