Summary
As enacted, revises the provisions for judicial diversion for juvenile offenders under certain circumstances; clarifies offenses for which a juvenile offender may be committed to the department of children's services; authorizes probation for juvenile traffic offenders; clarifies various other provisions related to juvenile court proceedings. - Amends TCA Title 37, Chapter 1, Part 1.
