Summary
As introduced, increases from 90 days to 120 days after the receipt of an offer the time within which an electric cooperative shall signify in writing its acknowledgement of an offer by an annexing municipality to purchase an electric cooperative's electric distribution properties and service rights within an annexed area. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 6; Title 7; Title 10; Title 65; Title 67 and Title 68.
