Summary
As introduced, directs executive director of Tennessee wildlife resources agency to report findings of study relating to the impacts of off-highway motor vehicles on habitat and environment to the agriculture and natural resources committee of the house of representatives and the energy, agriculture and natural resources committee of the senate for review. - Amends TCA Title 69 and Title 70.
