Summary

As introduced, establishes a procedure under which each license, certificate, or registration of an agency, business, or person is revoked in this state if the attorney general and reporter verifies that such agency, business, or person facilitated the relocation of undocumented aliens into this state. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 5; Title 6; Title 7; Title 8; Title 62; Title 63 and Title 68.
