Summary

As introduced, mandates that a person or public or private entity that requires a person to wear a mask or receive a vaccination for the purpose of preventing the SARS-CoV-2 virus in order to enter the person or entity's property to allow any person to opt out of the requirement based on personal preference; limits the powers and duties of the county health officer and county health director relative to masking or vaccination requirements for COVID-19. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 5; Title 6; Title 7; Title 8; Title 49; Title 50; Title 58; Title 62; Title 68 and Title 71.
