Summary
As introduced, authorizes unemployment compensation to individuals who leave their most recent work due to a refusal to receive an employer-mandated COVID-19 vaccine; redefines "misconduct" to exclude a refusal of an employer-mandated COVID-19 vaccine; redefines "unemployed" to include an individual placed on unpaid leave for refusal to receive an employer-mandated COVID-19 vaccine. - Amends TCA Title 50.
