Summary

As introduced, prohibits the state from awarding a state contract, providing a tax incentive, or making a grant of funds to an employer in this state if the employer requires its employees to receive a COVID-19 vaccination; excludes from the prohibition the award of a state contract if the contractor is a single source of supply for a good or service or the contractor provides a proprietary good or service. - Amends TCA Title 4 and Title 50.
