Summary

As introduced, provides that a vehicle used in commission of a violation of driving with a license that was revoked or suspended because of a DUI is not subject to forfeiture if the sole reason for the arrest was the person was in violation of the geographic limitations placed upon a restricted license. - Amends TCA Title 40, Chapter 33 and Title 55.
