Summary

As introduced, clarifies that it is the commissioner of safety with whom a copy of each local education agency's district-wide comprehensive safety plan and each building-level school safety plan, including all amendments to each such plan, must be filed no later than 30 days after its adoption. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 8; Title 37; Title 49 and Title 68.
