Summary
As introduced, excludes a positive prenatal or newborn drug screening test result of cannabinoids from the definition of abuse of a child; excludes the exposure to cannabinoids that occurred in utero from the definition of severe child abuse. - Amends TCA Title 37 and Title 39, Chapter 13.
