Summary

As enacted, allows a municipal legislative body to authorize, by ordinance passed by 2/3 vote, a member of the body who is deployed for 13 months or less while serving as a member to attend and vote in sessions through the use of two-way electronic audio-video communication during the deployment. - Amends TCA Title 5; Title 6; Title 7 and Title 8.
