Summary
As introduced, grants control of the selection of legal representation for a county election commission to the municipality's governing body or county commission, as applicable, except in contested election cases and in instances where the governing body or county commission does not retain counsel; prohibits a county election commission from settling claims without approval of the county commission. - Amends TCA Title 2, Chapter 12, Part 1.
