Summary

As introduced, changes from July 1 to January 31 the date by which the bureau of workers' compensation must report its findings on the impact of the Workers' Compensation Reform Act of 2013 on the workers' compensation system in this state to each member of the general assembly; requires the bureau to provide an annual presentation of its findings by January 31 each year to the consumer and human resources committee of the house of representatives and the commerce and labor committee of the senate. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 50, Chapter 6 and Title 56.
