Summary

As introduced, provides for the immediate termination, without appeal, of a state employee who, after investigation by the proper authority, has been found to commit perjury or the falsification of a document, or has failed to report an illegal act or suspected abuse within the employee's department, agency, office, or scope of work; provides that such terminated employee is not eligible for future employment with this state. - Amends TCA Title 8, Chapter 30.
