Summary
As enacted, authorizes a POST-certified law enforcement officer, rather than a full-time, salaried police officer, to detain a person based on a reasonable belief that the person's motor vehicle does not comply with state law regarding tinted motor vehicle windows. - Amends TCA Title 38; Title 39 and Title 55.
