Summary

As introduced, prohibits the arrest, charge, or prosecution of a person for prostitution if the evidence for the arrest, charge, or prosecution results solely from the person's report of the criminal act; increases the penalty for patronizing prostitution from a Class A misdemeanor to a Class E felony. - Amends TCA Title 38; Title 39 and Title 40.
