Summary
As enacted, revises and rearranges certain provisions governing construction services providers, the penalties for noncompliance of insurance requirements, and the exemption from having workers' compensation insurance; revisions to be effective from July 1, 2021, until July 1, 2024. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 50, Chapter 6 and Title 56.
