Summary
As introduced, requires a full medical record to be provided within 24 hours of a written request submitted by a person with power of attorney for health care to make health care decisions for a patient; grants 24-hour patient visitation rights to a person with a durable power of attorney for health care, with certain exceptions. - Amends TCA Title 34, Chapter 6, Part 2 and Title 68.
