Summary

As introduced, requires the clerk of a court in which a petition for expunction may be filed to provide a petitioner with a simple form to enable a lay person to petition the court for expunction; deletes obsolete provision requiring the district attorneys general conference to create such a form. - Amends TCA Title 8, Chapter 21; Title 37 and Title 40.
