Summary

As introduced, requires the administrative office of the courts to provide the Tennessee commission on children and youth with access to juvenile justice data; requires the Tennessee commission on children and youth to prepare an annual report related to such data to be submitted to the governor and the members of the general assembly; authorizes the administrative office of the courts to maintain juvenile justice records for the sole purpose of conducting statistical research related to outcomes of justice-involved juveniles. - Amends TCA Title 37.
