Summary

As introduced, requires the administrative office of the courts to report the number of appeals filed appealing the finding that a criminal defendant is a repeat violent offender by no later than February 1 of each year to the senate judiciary committee and the house criminal justice committee. - Amends TCA Title 38; Title 39; Title 40 and Title 41.
