Summary

As introduced, expands property tax relief for disabled veterans by reimbursing veterans who have acquired a disability rating of 100 percent for a permanent and total service-connected disability for all of the local property taxes paid on property that the disabled veteran owned and used as the disabled veteran's residence. - Amends TCA Title 67, Chapter 5, Part 7.
