Summary

As introduced, changes from three years to 10 years, the time period during which a victim of aggravated rape or rape must notify law enforcement or the office of the district attorney general of the offense in order for the offender to be prosecuted, tried, and punished at any time after the commission of the offense. - Amends TCA Title 39 and Title 40.
