Summary

As introduced, removes obsolete language requiring the commissioner of commerce and insurance to conduct a study of what impediments this state's law may create for insurance for use of justifiable force in this state and to submit a report on the study to the general assembly and governor no later than March 1, 2012. - Amends TCA Title 8; Title 56 and Title 71.
