Summary

As introduced, requires the department of environment and conservation to supervise the operation and maintenance of solid waste processing and disposal facilities in this state; authorizes a solid waste board to adopt and enforce rules governing the operation and maintenance of a solid waste processing or disposal facility; specifies certain penalties for a violation of the Solid Waste Management Act of 1991; makes other related changes. - Amends TCA Title 68, Chapter 211.
