Summary

As enacted, specifies that when declining, revoking, or rescinding parole, the board of probation and parole may set the period of time before the prisoner receives another hearing on the same offense or offenses; no period set by the board may exceed 10 years. - Amends TCA Title 40, Chapter 28, Part 1 and Title 40, Chapter 35, Part 5.
