Summary
As introduced, adds additional $10.00 fee to filing a divorce action with the proceeds of the fee going to the department of revenue to be placed in a fund for the funding of family violence shelters and to the Tennessee Coalition to End Domestic and Sexual Violence for training and statewide awareness. - Amends TCA Title 8, Chapter 21, Part 4 and Title 71, Chapter 6, Part 2.
