Summary

As enacted, revises the application process for dual enrollment grants; revises provisions governing state employees taking up to four courses per academic year at any state-supported college or university, college of applied technology, or the Tennessee Foreign Language Institute without paying tuition charges, maintenance fees, student activity fees, registration fees, or online course fees for courses taken through the regents online degree programs. - Amends TCA Title 49.
