A senate RESOLUTION
TO CONGRATULATE Alliance consulting engineers, INC. UPON THE OCCASION OF ITS twentieth ANNIVERSARY AND TO COMMEND alliance consulting engineers, inc. FOR ITS MANY YEARS OF DEDICATED SERVICE TO THE PEOPLE AND THE STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA.
Whereas, the members of the South Carolina Senate are pleased to recognize Alliance Consulting Engineers, Inc. as it celebrates this important milestone; and
Whereas, Alliance Consulting Engineers, Inc. has become one of the significant civil and environmental engineering firms in the Carolinas; and
Whereas, Alliance Consulting Engineers, Inc. was founded in 2004 and provides land planning and site design, industrial development, roadway and railway design, solid waste, storm water, and wastewater management services, grant procurement services, and construction services to a variety of clients. The company's mission is to demonstrate a commitment to its clients through responsiveness, experience, and quality results; and
Whereas, since its founding, Alliance Consulting Engineers, Inc. has worked on nearly two thousand five hundred projects across South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, and beyond. The firm has focused on economic development in the areas it has reached and has worked with high-profile companies such as AESC, Albemarle Corporation, Mark Anthony Brands (White Claw), Nexans, Nephron Pharmaceuticals, Continental Tire, Crown Cork & Seal, Dollar Tree, E&J Gallo Winery, BMW, Volkswagen, Toray Industries, and many more; and
Whereas, in total, Alliance Consulting Engineers, Inc. has been involved with projects that represent over forty-five billion dollars in development and that have created more than thirty-six thousand jobs in the Southeastern U.S.; and
Whereas, Alliance Consulting Engineers, Inc. has also aided numerous cities and counties in the Southeast to develop, expand, and implement infrastructure projects. These projects include several hundred miles of water and wastewater lines, numerous water and wastewater treatment facilities, speculative industrial buildings, industrial site master plans, and railway and roadway plans. The company has also helped its clients secure more than six hundred fifty million dollars in grants and low-interest loans to help finance infrastructure improvements; and
Whereas, Alliance Consulting Engineers, Inc. was honored in 2015 by being included in the Inc. 5000 list as one of "America's Fastest Growing Private Companies." In 2023, the company was recognized for the tenth consecutive year as one of the top design firms in the Southeast by Engineering News-Record, a leading construction industry publication; and
Whereas, the members of the South Carolina Senate greatly appreciate the dedication and commitment of Alliance Consulting Engineers, Inc. to serving the people and the State of South Carolina and look forward to the company's future contributions. Now, therefore,
Be it resolved by the Senate:
That the members of the South Carolina Senate, by this resolution, congratulate Alliance Consulting Engineers, Inc. upon the occasion of its twentieth anniversary and commend Alliance Consulting Engineers, Inc. for its many years of dedicated service to the people and the State of South Carolina.
Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be presented to Deepal Eliatamby, President of Alliance Consulting Engineers, Inc.
