Summary

Amend Section 41-18-30(d)(1) Of The 1976 Code, Relating To The Applicability Of And Exceptions To The South Carolina Amusement Rides Safety Code, To Provide That Only Persons Age Fifteen Or Above Who Hold A Valid Regular Driver's License, Conditional License, Or Special Restricted License Are Allowed To Operate Super-karts; And To Define Necessary Terms.
