Summary

Amend The 1976 South Carolina Code Of Laws By Adding Section 58-5-760, So As To Provide That A Water Or Sewer Utility, Classified By The National Association Of Regulatory Commissioners As Class A, Must Submit An Integrated Resource Plan To The Public Service Commission, And To Provide For The Mandatory Contents Of The Integrated Resource Plans And Certain Reporting Requirements.
