Amend Section 12-43-220, As Amended, Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, Relating To Property Tax Assessment Ratios, So As To Provide That The Assessor May Not Require Copies Of An Owner-occupant's Federal Or State Income Tax Return To Claim The Four Percent Assessment Ratio.
