Summary

Amend Article 1, Chapter 1, Title 40 Of The 1976 Code, Relating To Board Regulation Of Professions And Occupations, By Adding Section 40-1-75, To Provide That Temporary Licenses Issued During A State Of Emergency Expire Thirty Days After The Expiration Of The State Of Emergency Or, If The Governor Issues A Series Of States Of Emergency, Thirty Days After The Expiration Of The Last State Of Emergency, And To Allow The Governor To Extend The Time Period For The Expiration Of A Temporary License For An Additional Thirty Days If The Circumstances Warrant An Extension.
