Summary
Amend The Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, By Adding Section 11-11-250 So As To Require Provisions In The Annual General Appropriations Bill That Direct The Manner In Which Funds Are To Be Expended To Specifically State The Source Of Funds, The Authorized Expenditures, And Any Program Which Funds Will Be Reduced As A Result Of The Provision.
