Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Adding Section 38-71-292 So As To Prohibit Insurers And Health Care Providers From Engaging In Surprise Billing; And By Adding Section 39-5-45 So As To Make It An Unfair Trade Practice For An Insurer Or Health Care Provider To Engage In The Practice Of Surprise Billing.
